Wellbeing programs
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a counseling service offered at the workplace by employer that helps to solve employees' personal issues that impact on their private life and on work productivity, develops employees' safe behavior and contributes to their wellbeing.
When a traumatic event occurs at work every employee is negatively affected to some extent.
Organizational changes include restructuring of the company, staff layoffs, merger, office relocation.
The biggest part of the impact of alcohol overuse on the safety, productivity and health is hidden. If an employee turns up at work under the influence of alcohol or drugs, it means that the problem has already gone too far.
Wellness programs
The goal of this program is to improve the employees' health, and reduce sick days that cause business losses.
Smoking is an extremely unhealthy employee behavior that can result in considerable economic loss for your company.
Stress impacts on our private life and work productivity. It diminishes our ability to assess life situations properly and make right decisions.
What differs CH from other providers of EAP:
- We do not receive income from services recommended to clients who need specific or long-term therapy.

- We consult only within EAP. We do not provide separate psychotherapeutic care and other kinds of psychological support. We also do not offer expanded lists of legal and financial services.

- We refer employees to proven resources beyond EAP on the base of professional assessment only. We are not remunerated for these referrals so we act in the interest of our clients.

- We also use monitoring and supervising systems to guide EAP clients to outside resources of assistance only with serious reasons for it.

Our net counselors
Professional counseling network of Corporate Health contains more than 300 certified consultants.
We work only with certified specialists: psychologists, lawyers, financial consultants. They apply specific brief counseling focused on solution.

Our counselors for personal issues are psychologists with at least 5 years of experience in individual counseling.

They pass special internal educational program and are trained by standards of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
Legal counselors of "Corporate Health" have the legal status of attorneys and at least 15 years of experience. They specialize in civil, administrative, fiscal and family law.

Our clients' businesses and branch offices are located in different countries. In each of them we cooperate with local lawyers. They provide individual counseling and work in courts, have a thorough knowledge of domestic laws and understand all details of their application.
